YALLA
INTO THE WILD MEETS
1001 ARABIAN NIGHTS
Another day in Paradise...Valley

Paradise Valley goes way further than the touristy path though. Plenty of hikes take you deeper into the mountains and wilderness. You'll be rewarded with some of the best views, and when lucky some tea by friendly strangers. If you want the real experience go pitch a tent or just take a sleeping bag and fall asleep under a velvet sky full of stars.
"And there was nowhere to go than everywhere so to just keep on rolling under the stars... As is ever so on the road."
Surrounded by rocks, succulents, palmtrees and the vague sound of waterfalls in the background I knew we were getting closer… Paradise Valley! I’m still not sure if it was the warm wind, the magical scent of tea… or my curiosity taking me along… After a 30 minute hike I got rewarded with crystal clear pools, cliffs, and a cheering crowd awaiting my jump.
This oasis in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains was a hippie hangout in the 60's. Still it is the perfect hideaway from the city and the beach, just 45 minutes drive from Taghazout. Cliffjumping, sunbathing, hiking, camping… You sure won't get bored. Hammocks, bohemian carpets and pillows, the smell of fresh tea and tajines complete the perfect postcard picture... Into the wild meets 1001 Arabian nights! Add some Aladdin on a flying carpet... Who wouldn't like to live here?
How to get there? Take a tour provided by our house for 250 MAD. On the way you'll also visit a local argan oil cooperative where you can see berber women at work, try out nature's best cosmetics, and taste the best oil and honey.
